Jeff’s Repair in Woodruff is looking for an Experienced Automotive Technician who has a passion for the automotive industry and is willing to grow and learn with the job.

Our shop provides all needed tools. We have a small work environment with future plans to expand. Until then, your personal tools will need to stay in your possession.

Technician Qualifications:

​

• 5 years of relative automotive professional experience ​

• Solid foundation of automotive knowledge                                         

• Strong work ethic and attendance

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy work environment

• Attention to detail  

• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record  

• Willingness to learn and grow with the job to build skillset (and wage)

• Good personality and confident presentation of self  

• Communication skills to explain what is needed (prior) and what was done after customer repairs                                                                                                             

Technician Responsibilities: Willingness to perform basic maintenance duties such as changing the engine oil and filter, topping fluids, testing the battery, tire rotations, etc., as well as the complex repairs required by today's modern vehicles. Customer interactions, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments are shared by employees when needed.

-90 Day, 6 month, and 1 year performance reviews with the opportunity for pay raises at each.

-Paid Vacation opportunities discussed and offered at your one-year review.

-Jeff's Repair will pay or compensate for ASE certifications (must have at least 2 years experience in the field for ASE testing) if taken during employment. Also, we offer online classes, and some nightly workshops are available throughout the year for career improvement if so desired. This is not to be confused as tuition reimbursement for Automotive schooling, as we will not reimburse or pay for that.

We will need a formal job application filled out prior to employment. It can be picked up at the shop.
